Hello!

I'm Annalise, a skilled costume maker and seamstress based in Bolsover, Derbyshire. I hold a First Class Honours BA in Costume Design and Making from Nottingham Trent University, combining technical expertise with creativity to craft unique, high-quality costumes.

From my home-based studio, I create bespoke costumes and dressmaking projects, bringing a wide range of ideas to life. My portfolio includes projects for television, museums, pantomime, dance, covering everything from historical attire and fantasy creatures to themed costumes, dancewear, and large 3D builds.

I love collaborating with clients, transforming their visions into reality.

With advanced skills in pattern drafting, millinery, historical costuming, corsetry, leather, large 3D hard make, costume distressing, embroidery and textiles.

Working from a fully equipped home based studio with specialist industrial machinery, I ensure each piece meets the highest professional standards. I welcome both individual commissions and freelance collaborations, embracing projects of all scales—no matter how complex or unique.
